All items are first come first serve.

All sales are FINAL.

HOLD TABLES are provided and encouraged to be used while shopping. We assist by itemizing your finds and placing your name on your bundle. Y.E.S appreciates your help in preventing property loss during the sale.

All items are sold as is. Make sure you take a sneak peek of all your new items!

Please have pets leashed at all times in the home.

Please remember to be courteous of the neighborhood and avoid blocking or parking in driveways.

Card payments accepted with 3% service fee and additonal tap fee where applied

50% discount is always the last day of any sale. Select items may not be part of the discount special. Y.E.S. and home owner reserve the right to remove items from the sale.

Our Process

Flexible advice when you need it. This focused consultation will help us clarify your goals, map out next steps, and identify any additonal needs for your sale to be successful. We address your questions and concerns. Review the contract and discuss the time needed to organize the sale and if possible set the sale dates.
The crew and I begin selecting the items that will help bring the best result to your sale. We seperate and group your items based on sellability, donation or needing to be disposed of. This is the most detailed orientated part of our process. This is where the crew shines. We go through every drawer, cabinet and addtional living spaces in the home. Sometimes it means even searching uncharted territory under floor boards, attics and garages. We ensure the home is clear of debris prior to the sale by performing a light general cleaning of floors, counter tops and rooms being used. We work hard to ensure a smooth and easy shopping experience for customers by arranging items in a way that enourages a purchase. Display tables I provide are utilized in each room, specific signage is created , based on bundaling, and a check out station is set up with neccesssary equipment like card reader and baging station.
This is the the most important part of the process. Time is spent researching rarer items and the current selling market for specific items to ensure maximum result. Items are appraised if neccessary. I utilize various tags, markers, pens, stickers and price lists for grouped items.
Once the sale days are complete, my team and I clear your home of all my personal equipment and tools used. I will contact donation centers to set up pick up times for your donatable items. I will haul items for clear out. Your funds will be calculated, and I will contact you to confirm your final form of payment.

But please call me Yoli! I have journeyed through much of my life providing assistance to those around me. I discovered my passion for helping others, at the age of 16, while volunteering during summers for Special Needs programs and classroms in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, CA. As I graduated, my path unfolded into a 25-year career in education. I expanded my knowledge accross 3 school districts , ultimately settling down in Rio Rancho NM in 2016. In 2023 I unearthed a new found appreciation for estate sales through an entrusted and esteemed realtor, under whom I apprenticed, mastering the skills that fueled my desire to continue aiding families in need. Estate Sales allows me to honor the families within my own community, providing support when it matters most.

There is no greater joy in life than raising two wonderful sons and such an incredidable blessing becoming a grandmother. I reside in the beautiful mountians of New Mexico but my heart will always be in Arizona, where I was raised. When im not working hard I enjoy a good game of pool with friends. I am thrilled to be part this new venture in estate sales and enjoy being able to help wherever i can.
